Tenants group demonstrates inside Prebys Foundation offices
A tenants rights group staged a sit-in at the Conrad Prebys Foundation's Mission Valley offices. The nonprofit recently sold nearly 6,000 apartments to a New York-based private equity firm that tenants say is raising rents without making urgent health and safety repairs.
