Grant could restore Kentucky Club | KYStandard.com

A Transportation Alternative Program grant could restore a 1926 lounge car for collaborative use between The Kentucky Railway Museum and Log Still Distillery.
KRM Executive Director Greg Mathews presented an application for an 80/20 grant that would award them $365,000 for the restoration of the car called The Kentucky Club.
“This is a unique opportunity,” Mathews said. “It’ll take a while because the club needs work, (and) it’ll probably take anywhere from eight to 16 months for all the work to be done.” ....
