Children with sight loss are missing out on vital services in some parts of Wales, according to a charity.
Guide Dogs Cymru said some local authorities in the country offered no habilitation support.
Families have said the support - which helps young people learn key life skills otherwise learned through sight - has been life-changing .
The organisation that represents Welsh councils said they needed more funding.

Several bridges in Wrexham and Flintshire found to be substandard after RAC study

THOUSANDS of council owned bridges across the UK cannot carry the heaviest of vehicles, a study found.
According to analysis by motoring research charity the RAC Foundation, more than 3,100 council-owned bridges across Britain cannot carry the heaviest vehicles as of October.
In Flintshire, just three bridges were found to be below standard as of October – around 2 per cent of the 148 managed by the council.
This means they were unable to support the heaviest loads, such as lorries of up to 44 tonnes.
The council said it does not expect to return the bridges to full capacity over the next five years. ....
