ALBANY, NY (Feb. 15, 2021) – A bill introduced in the New York Assembly would ban state and local law enforcement agencies from acquiring certain military equipment from federal programs. Asm. Ron Kim and four fellow Democrats introduced Assembly Bill 3115 (A3115) on Jan. 22.
