Former Attorney General of India (AGI) Mukul Rohatgi appeared for Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, along with his existing legal counsel comprising Satish Manishinde and Amit Desai on Monday.
Aryan Khan's bail appeal - his third - was heard today by the Bombay High Court, with former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi part of Shah Rukh Khan's son's legal team.
Aryan Khan, the prime accused in the Cruise Drugs case, on Tuesday told the Bombay High Court that the NCB does not have any evidence to show that any drugs was recovered from his possession, or that he had consumed some drugs etc.
The NCB had vehemently opposed the bail plea of Aachit Kumar. His lawyer has argued he used to play online poker with Aryan Khan and their WhatsApp conversations were not about drugs.
