$2 million towards Wildlife Crossings and Trails in Santa Cruz Mountains
An ongoing project to create a wildlife crossing and trail along Highway 17, between Santa Cruz and San Jose is getting a $2 million dollar boost. The project, started by Midpeninsula Regional Open Space, will create many benefits for both wildlife and people— connecting crossing for wildlife and trails for hikers.
