(KLKN)- On January 20 at 5 p.m., the Lincoln-Lancaster county narcotics taskforce reported spotting a stolen car driving to the 45th and Cleveland area of town. Police say the car, a 2020 Kia Optima with California plates, was stolen from St. Joe, Missouri on December 7.
