The California voters passed Proposition 7 in 2018 to allow residents to keep clocks set at DST year round. Why are the legislators not listening to us? Because they don’t want to upset cross boarder commuters? That doesn’t seem to interfere with our neighbors in Arizona who keep their clocks set year round to MST.
Studies have shown that the negative effects of switching time causes increased heart attacks, traffic accidents, crime, over spending, over eating and extended jet lag. Seems to me the benefits of keeping the clocks set on DST year round out weigh this constant confusion of springing back and falling forward, or is it the other way around?
