Noem names Scheibe as Chief of Staff effective May 1
KNBN NewsCenter1 April 8, 2021 PIERRE, S.D. — Governor Kristi Noem announced on Thursday that she will name Aaron P. Scheibe as her Chief of Staff effective May 1.
