The Minister of Niger-Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio has said there will be no substantive board of the Niger-Delta Development Commission until the forensic auditors of the NDDC complete their assignment. The incident occurred around 9am on Monday on the busy Oyigbo road leading to Aba Road in Port Harcourt. A witness, who blamed the container-laden truck driver for speeding, said the Keke rider tried to meander to the other lane of the road, but was crushed to death.
