NCPA May 25, 2021 Woman buys a pile of scratch-offs at a Massachusetts convenience store, as she often does. She leaves the losing tickets on the counter and heads back to work. A few days later, the son of the store’s owner starts to throw them out, then realizes that one had not been completely scratched off. He scratches it off and finds a million dollar winner.
