Americans are expected to pay 23.9 billion for Valentine’s Day gifts, according to the latest study from the National Retail Association. Though supply chain issues have increased the price of roses, 37% of gift-givers plan to buy flowers. As many as 1 in 10 Americans will wait until the day-of to buy a Valentine’s Day gift, according to RetailMeNot.
