Scholarship Created In Memory Of OFA Student Owego Free Academy has announced a new scholarship in the name of one of its fallen students, Abby Mae Luffman. Abby Luffman was a 16 year old student at OFA when she tragically passed away last year from a rare blood disorder called Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.
