Court officials asking for help locating man wanted for escape STARKE COUNTY, Ind. -- Court officials are asking for the public’s help locating a man who violated a court order by removing his GPS tracking unit. Austin Salyer is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He was recently living in the Knox area.
