QIIB wins ‘Qatar’s Most Innovative Islamic Retail Bank’ award

Doha: QIIB has been chosen for ‘Qatar’s Most Innovative Islamic Retail Bank’ award 2020, instituted and granted annually by the Islamic Retail Banking Awards Committee in collaboration with Cambridge University in the UK.  
Citing reasons for granting QIIB the award for the second year, the Committee said, “QIIB continues to take the leading role in Islamic banking and has succeeded in maintaining stability of its various budget items. The Bank has faced challenging circumstances wisely and maintained an upward growth trend”.  
The Committee noted, “QIIB has made continuous strides in the field of digitistion and it is providing comprehensive services to its customers, retail sector in particular. Prominent global credit rating agencies have praised the bank’s role and its high-level of retail services, all of which support QIIB’s deservin ....
