Other results included a fine handed out for the theft of a car and a driving ban imposed for riding an E-scooter while over the legal alchol limit. A MAN found in possession of cannabis was slapped with an £80 fine. Ricky Harris was found to have the Class B drug in Colchester in April. He admitted possession of cannabis at Colchester Magistrates' Court and was fined £80.
