ABUJA – Ngozika Ihuoma, first defence witness (DW1), on Tuesday, told the Federal High Court, Abuja, that N74 billion recovered by defunct Pension Reformed Task Team (PRTT) was used by the Federal Government to finance 2012 Budget.
