All-time low. the low is several decades. all-time low in october of last year. we re barely above that right now. only reason we re a little above that is some of the prices have come down. again, with these mortgage rates, it is crazy. dana: do you hear from any republicans, from president trump or any of the other republicans on specifically what policy would they promote in order to help get prices down? i do not. the one i hear most is drill, baby, drill. i like that. i really honestly wish we would build some refineries here. the last major refinery was built in the late 70s. guess what? we drill for sweet crude but have refineries that refine sour crude and why we export so much right now. i would do that. listen, i know not my backyard thing. enough places out there to build brand-new refineries and who would be smart, natural transition to alternatives beyond fossil fuels will take another 30 to 40 years. natural progression. ....
