Policymaker i have enough information for what that would look like, but unlimited hours of driving is not safe. We at a local level are at an uncomfortable position. Theres no definition of what a taxicab is at the state level. Tncs are defined as other carriers that are regulated by the cpuc. Im not sure cpuc is the best entity to be regulating. Any industry, much less Transportation Network companies, but at minimum, what is done for limousines at the cpuc level has to be done for tncs as well.
