Cube Developments and McNab’s Lumeah Peregian at Peregian Springs is now under construction, with both developers confident the construction of homes will be able to begin in early 2024.
Cube Developments and McNab’s joint project, Lumeah in Peregian Springs, has received development approval, with the $30 million community providing prospective buyers with one of the last opportunities to purchase land in the region.
“The EV market share is ever increasing. More manufacturers are releasing new models, and charging stations are increasing in access. Renewable energy is a major focus for us, and a global focus in general, so we’re ensuring we make provisions for this in the future to contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions,” he said.
