Employers Must Continue To Use Current I-9 Form Until Further Notice
Department of Homeland Security announced employers should continue to use current I-9 form after October 31, 2022, expiration date. DHS will advise when new I-9 form is operational. They first need to publish notice in Federal Register. Next generation form may be shorter.
