The comprehensive plan Woodway adopted Monday will preserve neighborhoods while also allowing development and redevelopment in areas along Highway 84 already designated as commercial.
"I'm so happy to announce Adam Niolet will be the next full-time city manager for Woodway," Mayor Amine Qourzal said.
The Woodway City Council on Monday agreed to promote Assistant City Manager Adam Niolet to interim city manager, effective April 1 upon the retirement of City Manager Shawn Oubre.
