The first six-plus minutes was all Helias. The Lady Crusaders jumped out to an 11-point lead with 1:40 to go in the first quarter Friday night against the Quincy (Ill.) Notre Dame Lady Raiders at Rackers Fieldhouse. But the Lady Raiders, ranked No. 1 in Class 2A in Illinois, weren’t going to go away quietly. They responded with a 20-point second quarter to take the lead into intermission on their way to a 45-35 victory against the Lady Crusaders.
