Rosalie Liccardo Pacula PhD is a Full Professor and the Elizabeth Garrett Chair in Health Policy, Economics & Law in the Sol Price School of Public Policy and the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy & Economics at the University of Southern California.
