To enhance that experience, Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) and the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association (PHRA) have planned a diverse schedule of fun activities, food and beverage specials, and innovative wagers for Adios Day and Adios Eve.
