Idea. I guess they dont need it. Well, how could they sign up if they dont know about the program and even when they sign up, everything is in english and they dont know how to fill out these forms. Thats when i went ahead with my organization and say, well, were going to do it ourselves. Within two years they went up with the percentage that was a lot more what it looked like in the city in terms of going for the Chinese Community in terms of being enrolled in these programs, going from less than 10 percent to near 30 percent.
