Eversource factors into reduced solar project in Kingston
Wicked Local KINGSTON – It’s not the 2,000-kilowatt solar project that was going to be built on the town’s capped landfill power, but it’s a start. While the full project from ISG Solar of Ohio can’t move forward without planned upgrades to the Eversource substation designed to help the utility meet growing energy demands, a smaller portion of the project back feeding no more than 900 kilowatts of AC power to the Eversource grid can proceed.
