Bombay high court MUMBAI: Bombay high court on Monday rejected a plea by Sandeep Lahoriya to transfer on-going trial in the 2013 murder of his father Sunil Lahoriya, a real estate developer, out of Thane Sessions Judge RR Vaishnav's court to any other court. The HC however directed that to address Lahoriya's grievance, the trial court should "liberally'' consider his plea for CCTV footage to be viewed.
