Triad Cultural Arts will present a Juneteenth Celebration from June 17 to 19 in Winston-Salem.

Bluegrass group Chatham County Line will perform June 11 outside The Ramkat at 170 W. Ninth St., Winston-Salem, as part of the Summer Music Shindihg concert series.

ARTC Theatre will present “Savannah Sipping Society” at 110 W. Seventh St. in Winston-Salem. “Savannah Sipping Society,” written by Jones Hope Wooten, is a comedy about four Southern woman, all needing to “rev up” their lives in their middle years — divorced, widowed, fired and seeking her special place. Symphony concert Bluegrass stars Hank, Pattie & the Current will join Winston-Salem Symphony Chorus for the sacred liturgy in Carol Barnett’s “The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass.” The concert will be conducted by symphony Chorus Director Christopher Gilliam and will be performed at Reynolds Auditorium. The bluegrass mass premiered in 2007 and blends the classical mass, modern choral sophistication, touching poetry and traditional bluegrass instrumentation.
