Updated: 1:19 PM EDT Apr 26, 2021 The Maryland Department of Natural Resources recognized a Harford County teenager as a new state record holder for fallfish in the nontidal division.Maxwell Diegel, 13, caught the 2-pound, 14-ounce fallfish on April 19 while fishing in Broad Creek, his local stream.
