Kelana Jaya LRT Train Collision: Early Reports Point To Human Error
Initial investigation reports that the Kelana Jaya LRT train incident was caused by human error. Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said early findings showed the hoaster (driver) of train was going the wrong way which caused the collision. The train that was being test-driven was heading north when it was supposed to head south.
