The Telangana High Court has directed the CBI not to take any coercive action against MP YS Avinash Reddy in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case till May 31.
Ahead of Telangana HC’s verdict on YSRCP MP Avinash’s anticipatory bail plea in former MP Vivekananda’s murder case, the hospital where he has remained holed up shared an update on his mother’s health.
The Supreme Court had earlier expressed displeasure over the delay on the part of the Telangana HC in deciding MP Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition in connection with former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case.
The CBI’s findings came as a vindication for Vivekananda’s daughter Dr Suneetha Narreddy who has been in great distress for the past four years, becoming distrustful of her own relatives and cynical of the investigation process.
