The Wayne Chamber of Commerce along with Gibbs Excavating and Land Management LLC in Fairfield are excited to announce a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate their Grand Opening. The ceremony will take place on Friday, August 19 at 11:00 am. Gibbs Excavation and Land Management is owned and operated by Austin Gibbs in Fairfield.
