Who is Emma Portner? Dancer Emma, 26, hails from Ottawa, Ontario - while her soon-to-be ex-husband Elliot is also Canadian, from Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a choreographer, Emma has worked with the man who's arguably her country's most famous expat, Justin Bieber.
