Aimen Halim, the man suing Buffalo Wild Wings for alleged false advertisement over their boneless wings, asked a judge not to throw out his class-action lawsuit because it will only give the restaurant a bigger head.
In March, Aimen Halim filed a class-action lawsuit against the food chain Buffalo Wild Wings, claiming that its "boneless wings" are nothing more than chicken nuggets.
The man asked the judge not to reward Buffalo Wild Wing's "hubris" and throw out the case after the company said it "doesn't give a s---."
