Genesis took to the skies in Shanghai on March 29 with a record-setting number of drones. The display showed off the its logo and was designed to celebrate the brand’s entry into China.
The aerial display featured 3,281 drones at its climax, giving Genesis an official Guinness World Record for “The Most Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) Airborne Simultaneously.” The brand calls it “an exclusive first look into the progressive approach of Genesis to reshape the entire luxury experience for Chinese customers.”
Genesis showed off the G80 sedan and the GV80 SUV at the event.
“Our first-ever moment in China was a special opportunity to engage with our audience and show what Genesis is about,” said Markus Henne, CEO of Genesis Motor China. “With this record-breaking drone performance, we brought our brand story and philosophy to life for many Chinese consumers.” ....
