Demolition work at Aire Valley Industrial Park UP to 34 new business units will be built on a key town centre site in Keighley - new plans have revealed. The Aire Valley Business Centre, off Lawkholme Lane, contains over 338,000 square foot of business space, and is the former site of Peter Blacks - one of the town's biggest employers.
