Dr Barbara Mundweil, a GP at HMP Edinburgh, has been treating Nicholas Rossi (pictured) since September last year and today told a court she has seen footage of him kicking a prison door.
The prison doctor also told an extradition hearing she saw no reason for the rape accused using a wheelchair.
Lawyers for Nicholas Rossi, who is fighting extradition to Utah where he is accused of sex offences, said he could be jailed south of the Border if he is found guilty.
A solicitor acting for the American argued that the hearing should not go ahead as it was unclear whether he would face further charges in England.
Rossi, 35, who is accused of setting up a bogus memorial to mark his own death, has claimed he is an Irish orphan named Arthur Knight, and not a US citizen.
