Steve Green defeated Alan Roy to win Senate District 2 during the 2022 mid-term election.
All three GOP candidates prevailed over DFL challengers. Incumbent House Rep. Steve Green won the District 2 Senate seat, and incumbents Matt Grossell and Matt Bliss will return to the House of Representatives.
The election for District 2 of the Minnesota Senate was won by GOP candidate Steve Green, who beat DFL challenger Alan Roy in Tuesday’s election with 60% of the vote.
