Employers need to consider both the basic rights of their staff and the health implications of their roles, when navigating the mass roll-out of Covid-19 vaccinations. With the torrent of facts and misinformation available, friction in the workplace is almost inevitable, say Manawatū lawyers, who encourage employers to seek specific legal advice if and when situations arise.
