Two Elkton men were arrested after a three-week-long investigation led authorities to get search warrants for their homes Wednesday night. The Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force says the investigation started with surveillance on 59-year-old Albert Toner and 43-year-old Daniel Bell. Authorities say they were able to get a search warrant for Toner’s residence on Wilson Toner Road and found 15 ounces of meth, 6 ounces of marijuana, cocaine, three guns, and $2,400 in cash.
