The proposed Albright Commons project in Rock Hill has secured a critical city approval after a monthslong public process.
City Council unanimously approved a first vote of the potentially transformative project on Sept. 25.
On Sept. 25, Rock Hill City Council will review the development that would bring 400 multi-family apartments, 214 townhomes, 35 single-family detached houses and 150,000-square-feet of commercial space.
The next step in its approvals process is expected to take place later this month before Rock Hill City Council.
The project also would bring considerable commercial growth to a key area of the city.
