FBI: Albuquerque Man Gets 3.8 Years For Gun Possession FBI News: ALBUQUERQUE — Robert Alderete, 32, of Albuquerque, was sentenced in federal court in Albuquerque Feb. 18 to three years and eight months in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
