Couple alleges contractor failed to follow project plans, drawings
HOUSTON — A Harris County couple claim a contractor failed to abide by the project plans and drawings while building a pergola over their pool and created a defective structure. Amir Hadzic and Kimberly Hadzic filed a complaint April 28 in Harris County District Court against Hugo Martinez, individually and doing business as Matatena Construction, Synergy Inspection Group LLC and Ellias Fernandez alleging violation of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, breach of contract and breach of warranty.
