On his wife who is doing better. Police surrounded this home on kitimal drive near dam neck road thursday morning. They got a call for a shooting around 7 30. Dylan riggs neighbor c0016 926 i woke up to a phone call from my mom saying there was a shooting about 7 houses down. Come to find out, coming outside, it was one of my neighbors. 933 neighbor dylan riggs told us he didnt know what happened or who was involved. Police have been searching for 20 year old Devante Jamal williams. They say hes armed and dangerous. Dylan riggs neighbor c0016 1341 thats never happened ever in this neighborhood...
