Judge voices frustrations as affray trial is rescheduled until 2022
A JUDGE voiced his frustrations that the trial of a man accused of affray could not go ahead, and will now be delayed until 2022. The case of Michael Rowley is the latest to suffer major delays as Worcester Crown Court continues to battle the huge backlog created by the coronavirus pandemic.
