FCC Proposes Changes for International Telecommunications Carriers
Because of the security vulnerabilities that may arise when a foreign-owned entity is provided access to U.S. telecommunications networks, the FCC proposes requiring all applicants to identify whether or not they use and/or will use foreign-owned managed service providers.
