Cat rescue receives homemade shelters

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - In the colder winter months, a lot of cats are spending nights outdoors, and those cats need shelter to stay warm. That’s when a local family stepped up, using recycled and reused materials to create unique shelters to donate to a local rescue.
“They showed up yesterday! It was like magic,” Ohio Alleycat Resource Barncat Coordinator Alle Foster said. “These wonderful people came and brought them, and apparently they had been working on them for a while. They got a few of these coolers from thrift stores. Rumpke also helped and gathered some supplies.” ....
