Love for Ohio transit systems, riders Submitted article Ohio Loves Transit Week was Feb. 7-14, and to help promote the event, Clinton County’s Mobility Manager Allison Katter provided several transit agencies in Clinton County with several hundred gift bags for their riders. The bags contained masks, buttons, hand sanitizer and information about all transit providers within Clinton County.
