CSPAN3 Discussion On President Lincolns Funeral Hearse May 9, 2015
Recreate the hearse that carried lincolns body to his grave site. He discusses the 1865 funeral, as well as the research that went into duplicating the original hearse, which was destroyed in the early 20th century. The Illinois Historical Preservation Agency hosted this 30 minute event. A way to remember, educate, and heal.
